The Service is operated by .do Industries. We can be reached at team@do.industries. The Service is directed to users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

The Service may let you express interest in Bcn — for example by joining a waitlist, requesting early access, or submitting an intake form. When you do, you may provide information such as:

• Your name and email address;
• Your company name, role, and similar business details you choose to share;
• A description of your project, needs, or use case; and
• Any correspondence you send us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Service, we and our infrastructure providers automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, user-agent string, referring page, request paths, timestamps, and error logs. This information is used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Service uses only essential cookies and similar storage necessary for the site to function. The Service does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics designed to build behavioral profiles. • Access the information we have about you;
• Correct information that is inaccurate;
• Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements; or
• Stop receiving non-essential email from us.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to delete personal information we collect, subject to limited exceptions; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. To exercise any of these rights, email team@do.industries from the address associated with your records; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact team@do.industries and we will delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
